What’s new in Deskflow

Search for places on deskflow.uz

Clients look for where to book at deskflow.uz/find — by city and type of service: barbershops, clinics, fitness, tutors, car services and more. A business gets there with one checkbox in the “Catalogue” tab.

• The search card leads to the business page — there’s no second page
• The whole business page is set up in one “Salon page” tab, with links for Google, Yandex and 2GIS
• Listing is free; for a new client from search — 10% of the first visit, the first 3 months free

The salon page is now a mini-site

Your salon address now carries more than prices and booking — everything that helps a client choose you. Each section is switched on separately in “Settings → Salon page”.

• Specialists’ stories in circles and a portfolio filtered by specialist
• Salon news and specialists’ posts, each with its own page
• Reviews with an average rating, “About us”, opening hours and directions in Yandex Maps, Google Maps and 2GIS

Want new clients from the Eywa app? Turn on listing in “Settings → Catalogue”. Without your decision the salon isn’t listed.

Plan and card — right in Deskflow

The owner changes the number of staff seats themselves, no emails to support.

Move from Altegio and YCLIENTS via API

You can now move your base without file exports — all you need are your old system’s API keys.

A booking page in your colour and on your domain

The booking page can take on your brand and open at your salon’s address.

• Brand colour, logo and up to five cover photos
• Your own domain like booking.salon.uz, certificate issued automatically
• ?src= tagged links and a “By link tag” section in “Where clients come from”

Invite a friend with a link

Every client now has a personal booking link and QR code — friends book through them on their own.

• “Anna invites you” on the booking page
• The invitation offer on the first visit — one button at checkout
• The card shows who invited the client and whom they invited

Journal: drag-and-drop, week and rooms

Three new ways to work with the journal on a computer.

• Move a booking with the mouse, confirmed as “Was → Will be”
• One specialist’s week with their schedule
• Columns by room — the “Specialists / Rooms” switch

AI booking assistant

The assistant replies to clients in the Telegram bot, the Telegram account and Instagram: it shows free time, books, reschedules and adds people to the live queue by your online booking rules. You decide what it does on its own and what it hands to a person; every action shows in the assistant log. Turn it on under Settings → AI assistant once a channel has an AI agent assigned.

WhatsApp, Instagram and a Telegram account in Integrations

Every chat channel now connects right in Deskflow. WhatsApp runs on the official Cloud API with your own WhatsApp Business number: replies within 24 hours of the client’s message, booking notifications as Meta templates.

Walk-in sales and cash shifts

A Sale button in the cash desk: products and services for someone without a booking. With a service, the visit goes straight into the journal; products only — straight to a receipt. Cash shifts open and close in Deskflow, with a recount and the difference.

Incoming call in the journal

While the phone rings, the journal shows who’s calling and lets you book them in a couple of taps. Works with Eywa Connect or your own PBX.

• Who’s calling: VIP or blacklist, visits, no-shows and the next booking
• “Book” creates a booking with the source “Call”; your own PBX connects with a token
• An AI voice agent on calls — we connect it on request

Staff discipline and status levels

Two new settings for owners — both stay off until you turn them on.

• “I’m here” with a geofence, lateness and automatic fines, an alert for suspiciously fast services
• A pay plan with a bonus percentage above target
• Client status points and levels: plus for a visit, minus for a no-show

Live queue

For walk-ins: a kiosk in the hall issues a QR ticket, the client follows their place on their phone, a TV board calls numbers out loud, and the specialist takes the next one with a single tap. Clients can also join from the salon page, and VIPs can skip ahead if you want.
