Integrations

Telegram bot

The salon’s bot sends clients confirmation codes and reminders, and conversations with them live in Messages.Where to turn it on: Settings → Integrations → Telegram

Instagram

Direct messages arrive in the shared Messages inbox — reply right from Deskflow, with text. Connects by signing in with Meta.Where to turn it on: Settings → Integrations → Instagram

WhatsApp

WhatsApp Cloud API on your own number: text replies within 24 hours of the client’s message, and booking notifications as Meta-approved templates.Where to turn it on: Settings → Integrations → WhatsApp; the business connects its own WhatsApp Business number

Telegram account

Chat with clients as the salon’s own account — for example, the administrator’s number clients already know. Sign in with the number and a code; text and files in Messages.Where to turn it on: Settings → Integrations → Telegram account

AI booking assistant

Replies to clients in the Telegram bot, the Telegram account and Instagram: shows free time, books, reschedules and adds to the live queue — by your online booking rules. Needs setup: a channel with an AI agent assigned to it.Where to turn it on: Settings → AI assistant

SMS

Reminders, confirmation codes and broadcasts. Codes go to Telegram first — SMS stays as the fallback.Where to turn it on: works out of the box, rules in Settings → Notifications

Email

Booking notifications and broadcasts to the client’s inbox, with your own message templates.Where to turn it on: works out of the box, rules in Settings → Notifications

Ipak Yuli

Online prepayment for bookings and class spots, card tips for specialists, refunds through the bank.Where to turn it on: bank keys in Eywa One, prepayment in Settings → Online booking

Booking page

Your own name.deskflow.uz page: services, specialists, free time and addresses. In three languages, with link previews in messengers.Where to turn it on: Settings → Salon page

Booking button and window

Code for a booking button or window on your website: set the height and language, copy and paste.Where to turn it on: Settings → Integrations → Booking on your site

Your own domain

The booking page at your salon’s address, such as booking.salon.uz. The certificate is issued automatically, and the deskflow.uz address keeps working.Where to turn it on: Salon page → Address and own domain

Google, Yandex and 2GIS

Ready tagged booking links for your business profile, with tips on where to paste them. Bookings show in “Where clients come from”. It’s a link, not an API connection.Where to turn it on: Salon page → Address and own domain

Deskflow search and Eywa catalogue

One checkbox and your business shows in search at deskflow.uz/find and in the Eywa app. Listing is free; for a new client from search you pay a percentage of the first visit.Where to turn it on: Settings → Catalogue

Move from Altegio and YCLIENTS

Clients, services, specialists and upcoming bookings with an API key, with a result and errors row by row. Running it again creates no duplicates.Where to turn it on: Clients → Import → Move via API

Import from a file

Clients from a CSV or XLSX file of any system: columns are recognised automatically, with a dry run before anything is written.Where to turn it on: Clients → Import

Eywa Connect

Telephony: lines per branch, calls on the client card and an incoming-call panel in the journal with a “Book” button.Where to turn it on: Settings → Integrations → Eywa Connect

Your own PBX
