How it works
Three steps to get Telephony running in your business.
- Step 1
Connect your telephony
An Eywa Connect number is added in Eywa Connect under Telephony, and the line appears in Settings → Integrations. Your own PBX connects there too: Deskflow gives you an address and a token for its settings.
- Step 2
Mark the salon’s lines
Choose the numbers that take bookings and set a branch for each line. Calls to other lines won’t show up in Deskflow.
- Step 3
See calls on the card
Calls from the client’s number appear on the Calls tab by themselves — nothing to enter by hand.
